Sweettisserie began as a shared dream between a mother and son: to make something sweet, meaningful and true to their Ukrainian roots.

We opened just before the war in Ukraine changed life for our family. Through years of helping loved ones find safety, our customers kept this little bakery—and our dream—alive.

Today, every honey cake is still made with gratitude for family, resilience and the Sutherland community that welcomed us.
